The complainant argued that the assessment was based on questionable quality classification and inconsistent market adjustment factors, suggesting the property should be closer to a standard classification rather than semi-custom. The respondent requested the board confirm the 2025 assessment for the 2026 taxation year, emphasizing that assessments are prepared via mass appraisal in accordance with the Municipal Government Act to reflect market value as of the mandated valuation date.
