The City Council adopted the 2025 Title VI Program to prohibit discrimination in federally funded programs and services administered by the Safe Streets and Mobility Division. The resolution reaffirms the city's commitment to providing equitable and non-discriminatory access to transit services and ensures that Safe Streets & Mobility services are delivered in a fair and equitable manner.
