The Housing Element for the City of Auburn outlines a long-term strategy to provide attainable housing for all residents, fostering vibrant and healthy neighborhoods. The plan aims to meet the city's housing needs by 2044, with an emphasis on Middle Housing, Mixed-Use, and Transit-Oriented Development.

This document provides an assessment of the City of Auburn's housing needs and characteristics, supporting its Housing Element Update and Comprehensive Plan.
