The meeting included certifying action from the June 29th Emergency Meeting, which approved a Confidential Separation agreement with Phil Garhart. The board also accepted the resignation of Mrs. Kristie Smith as HS English teacher and HS Principal Phil Garhart.

The board discussed building reconfiguration, business reports, superintendent's report, and board member reports. The consent agenda was approved, covering minutes and expenditures. Recommendations for administrative rehires were approved for the LEMS/Lance Creek Principal, SPED Director, and Business Manager. Policies EEA, EEAA, EEAB, EEAC, and EEACA were also approved. Old business included building reconfiguration, budget concerns and legislation, and COVID-19 concerns. An executive session was held to discuss Superintendent Evaluation and Board Evaluation.
