The Abbeville Harbor and Terminal District is holding a public hearing to consider rolling forward the millage rate following reassessment, not to exceed the previous year's maximum of 3.28 mills. The rolling forward will maintain the millage rate at 3.28 mills. The estimated amount of additional revenue to be collected in the upcoming year is $13,447.56.
