This document presents the Chesterfield Township Fire Department's Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Cover, developed to define performance expectations and establish baselines for continuous improvement. Key areas of focus include evaluating and enhancing emergency services across fire suppression, EMS, HAZMAT, technical rescue, marine, and SUAS operations, while also strategically identifying future station locations to optimize response times and ensure high-quality service for the community.

This strategic plan serves as a comprehensive roadmap for organizational excellence and community service for the Chesterfield Township Fire Department. The plan outlines a vision to expand the quantity and quality of services through data-driven analysis and community-centered approaches. Key strategic initiatives are focused on Personnel Development and Training, Emergency Response, Community Risk Reduction, Technical Rescue, Hazardous Materials Response, Water Rescue & Marine Operations, Emergency Preparedness, Employee Health and Wellness, and Facilities and Equipment. The plan aims to protect life, property, and the environment by enhancing various services and fostering a well-equipped, skilled, and healthy workforce.
