Preliminary and tentative water approval was granted to 15 Leesville Road Office Building. The Cash Management Report for May 2024 was accepted, and the payment of vouchers, deposit refunds and payroll for June 2024 was authorized. The destruction of records beyond the State's retention period requirement was authorized, and the Cash Management Plan for 2024 was revised. A two-year fire alarm inspection and testing contract was awarded to Heim Electronics. Promotions were authorized for Katherine Kennedy, Stephen Kertesz, Donald Cottrell, Edgardo Panal, and Christopher Parks.
