The public hearing is regarding the proposed issuance by the Colorado Health Facilities Authority of revenue bonds for the benefit of CommonSpirit Health. A portion of the bond proceeds will be used to finance or refinance certain projects located within the County. These County Projects are owned or operated by CommonSpirit, St. Joseph Regional Health Center, and their affiliates, and consist of financing or refinancing the costs of improvements and equipment at healthcare facilities, including CHI St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital (Bryan) and CHI St Joseph Health (College Station).
