The Task Force reviewed proposed zoning amendments in preparation for an upcoming joint meeting with the Select Board, Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Appeals. The amendments under review covered site plan approval, permitted and prohibited uses, including formula businesses, drive-thru facilities, and storage containers, as well as regulations concerning fence materials, setbacks, sign codes, site coverage, zoning enforcement, by-law definitions, and inclusionary zoning.

The meeting focused on discussing proposed zoning amendments, specifically addressing regulations regarding campers, trailers, and recreational vehicles, formula businesses, drive-thru facilities, storage containers, fence materials, and site coverage. Other discussion topics included sign code regulations, zoning enforcement mechanisms, revisions to zoning by-law definitions, and the implementation of an inclusionary zoning bylaw.

The board meeting will cover a Director's update, additional business, and planning for the next meeting. The executive session will involve discussions and voting on FY2026 statutory exemptions including senior, veteran, blind, and hardship categories, as well as the review and approval of real estate tax exemption applications and the signing of related documents.

The agenda includes updates from the Executive Director and the Chairperson, as well as committee reports covering Elder Services, Outreach/Publicity, Volunteers, LGBTQ+, and FECOA. The meeting will also address old and new business, and provide an opportunity for public comment.

The Board of Water Commissioners conducted a meeting to discuss and review proposed updates to water fees. Following the discussion, the board formally approved the fee changes as presented.
