This document presents the strategic plan and housing need forecast for the Association of Village Council Presidents Regional Housing Authority. Its primary objective is to transform and improve living conditions within the region by addressing significant housing needs, including an immediate requirement for at least 2,000 new homes and approximately $2 billion in overall housing investment for Tribal members.
