With initial developments targeted for 2025 and a 15-year planning horizon, the project seeks to attract significant investment and foster a dynamic downtown environment.

The Council discussed and approved several financial and administrative matters, including the disbursement reports for early 2026, the closure of capital projects, and the allocation of surplus funds. Contracts were awarded for the acquisition of a service vehicle, the procurement of abrasives for road maintenance, bituminous materials, and concrete.
