Additionally, the Commission discussed an application for a new single-family residence at 21 Old Hill Farms Road, which involves rectifying a previous wetland violation through extensive restoration and planting efforts.

The meeting addressed committee updates including future membership requests and collection inventory management. Key discussion points covered upcoming database training sessions, the status of current object accessions, and specific site rotations for the Learning Gallery. Additionally, the board reviewed exhibition updates, specifically regarding the Art, Jazz + the Blues exhibition and the America 250 special project, and discussed the possibility of offering curator tours to donors supporting the Friends of WestPAC anniversary campaign.
