The meeting included school presentations and awards, a president's report covering donations and executive session reports, student representative remarks, public comments, and approval of minutes from a previous meeting. Key agenda items included approving clubs for the 2020-2021 school year, essential training and conferences, a settlement agreement and exclusion/expulsion, contracts and agreements, facilities use approvals, elimination of positions, various agenda approvals (general, substitutes, instructional, and classified), financial reports (revenue, expenditure, and general), tax collector procedures and compensation, athletic ticket prices, authorization for food distribution, requests for asset disposal, and multiple policy approvals (new and updated). Liaison reports were also presented, along with a superintendent's report.
