The Strategic Planning Committee convened multiple times to address key areas. The Uniformity Committee highlighted projects on state taxation of partnerships, sales tax on digital products, and model receipts sourcing regulations. The Executive Director reported on new states joining the nexus and audit programs, legal division activities, and the availability of a new Learning Management System. Upcoming meetings were announced for 2025.

The Executive Committee meeting included an initial public comment period where no comments were made. The main action item was the approval of Nevada's request to become an associate member state of the MTC. The committee members welcomed Nevada, noting the value of MTC membership. A motion was made and passed unanimously to admit Nevada as an associate member state.
