A rezoning request for 0.74 acres from C-2 to C-1 by F&W Land Investments was approved to allow for consistent zoning along Main Street.

The Planning Commission meeting focused on approving recommendations to the City Council for adopting plans of service for three annexation requests: 1501 Highway 41A South, Map 163 Parcel 00600, and 1410, Group B, Parcel 00500. Each annexation plan was approved by the commission.
