The meeting included a road report detailing repairs to Birds Eye Road, removal of a beaver dam on Saltis Road, and other road maintenance activities. The board accepted the State's recommendation for the South Street bridge and discussed the MRGP Grants-In-Aid project. Updates were provided on the upcoming July 1 fireworks and July 4 parade. There was a discussion about community organization around criminal activity in town and upcoming VCRD workshops. The board also discussed a Town To Trails meeting, grant deadlines, housing development meetings, and a MERP grant. Additionally, there was a discussion about a different law enforcement structure and an executive session was held to discuss personnel matters. The board approved compensating Joel Roberts for attending Selectboard Meetings.
