The Board of Sully County Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the approval of the Amended Planned Unit Development and Use Plan of Codger's Castaway Subdivision, located in Cow Creek Tract 2 and Cow Creek Recreation Tract 4, and any replat or any other variation of lots or territories renamed, replated, or located therein.
