The East Providence Comprehensive Plan serves as a roadmap for the city's future, guiding public and private investments over the next 20 years. The plan is structured around eleven key elements: Land Use, Recreation, Natural Resources and Conservation, Housing, Historic and Cultural Resources and the Arts, Economic Development, City Services and Facilities, Transportation and Connectivity, Natural Hazards and Climate Change, Sustainability, and the Waterfront District.
