Key focus areas include developing bioproducts and a circular economy, integrating innovation in the food sector, overcoming non-skill barriers to employment, enhancing talent development, and stimulating entrepreneurship and small business dynamism. The plan, which incorporates initiatives like Stanislaus 2030, seeks to improve economic mobility and halve the number of families struggling with basic living expenses by the year 2030.
