The council reviewed bank reconciliations for March and discussed grant applications submitted by Jayden Turner and Carlyee McGehee, requesting three bids be provided at the next session. The council approved a building proposal for a vacant lot on Kent Avenue and passed an ordinance restricting commercial vehicles on 1st Street. Additionally, the council addressed the filing of a previously approved replat for property located at 3rd and Kent Avenue.

The council reviewed bank reconciliations for the month of October and discussed a variance request presented during public comment. Legislative actions included the approval of Ordinance #104, which establishes requirements for RV parks, and the formal denial of a request for sewer service for the Jim Ned RV Park.

The Tuscola City Council meeting addressed several key items. These included a review of bank reconciliations for March, a proposal for a Young Life BBQ Cookoff fundraiser with a waiver of the community center rental fee, and discussions regarding New Hope plans and a preliminary site plan proposed by Chris Barnett, both involving sewer connection reviews by Jacob & Martin. The council also approved the removal of the fire suppression system from the new city hall project and requested the contractor to sign a contract as requested by the city attorney.

There was also a discussion and review on a draft lease agreement with Jim Ned Little League, but no action was taken.
