This document outlines a plan for the Southwest Lincoln County Water District to effectively manage its water rights and develop a comprehensive strategy for municipal water supply needs. The ordinance addresses prohibited connections to the water system without proper system development charge payment or approved lien/installment payment. It establishes a penalty for violations, ensures severability of provisions, and classifies fees as not subject to property tax limitations. The ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage.

The resolution adopts the budget approved by the Budget Committee for the fiscal year 2025-2026, totaling $4,480,441. It also resolves the appropriation amounts for various funds, including personnel services, materials and services, capital outlay, transfers, operating contingencies, debt service, and special payments.

The public hearing is to discuss the supplemental budget with interested persons. SWLCWPUD procured a financing agreement from Ford Credit Municipal Finance for a dually service truck from Landmark Ford.
