The board reviewed the financial statement for March 2025 and approved the April 2025 bills, with one abstention due to conflict. A Costco rebate check issue was addressed. The Public Meeting Grievance & Complaint Process, Resolution No 2025-03-01, was adopted. Social security coverage follow up and resolutions to transfer funds to building and equipment reserves were tabled. A resolution regarding paying a contracted rate was assigned for development. The Chief is in talks with other departments and their IGAs as well as options for professional bookkeeping. The attorney will be reviewing a letter regarding the potential long term impacts to the district if the dump expansion is approved. The Staff Officer's and Chief's reports were presented.
