The committee meeting addressed several key business items, including an open public meeting regarding workforce vacancies, recruitment, and retention efforts. Discussions included the ratification of JPIA disbursements, recognition of employee milestones, and an overview of the Spring Membership Summit and upcoming California Water Insurance Fund (CWIF) elections. The committee reviewed and took action on several administrative and financial items, such as the Settlement Authority Policy, the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, and recommendations from the Ad Hoc Building and Property, Finance and Audit, and Property Program committees. The committee reviewed the Government Finance Officers Association award, discussed the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the period ending September 30, 2025, and provided recommendations on the proposed operating budget for fiscal year 2026-27.
