The Androscoggin Valley Soil & Water Conservation District's Long-Range Plan aims to promote the conservation and stewardship of soil, water, woodlands, and wildlife habitat while adapting to a changing climate. The plan focuses on enhancing education and outreach, providing technical assistance to individuals and municipalities, strengthening partnerships with conservation organizations, diversifying funding sources, and developing a skilled and diverse board and staff to improve the District's effectiveness and service capacity.
