This document, titled 'Visions,' serves as the strategic plan for Coastal Carolina Community College, outlining its direction for 2022 and beyond. It is built upon four core strategic themes: Educational Quality, Student Success, Teamwork and Partnerships, and Economic and Workforce Development. The plan aims to ensure optimal organizational performance, provide high-quality learning experiences, foster student achievement, strengthen community engagement, and contribute significantly to the economic and workforce development of Onslow County, ultimately distinguishing the college through educational quality, opportunity, inclusivity, and student success.

The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is designed to enrich students’ first-year of college by providing structured pathways to success. The plan focuses on intentionally designing clear, coherent, and structured educational pathways to success through three interrelated initiatives: Chart the Course, Navigate the Course, and Stay the Course. The plan aims to clarify students' goals, identify a program of study aligned with their goals and abilities, create a Master Academic Plan (MAP), demonstrate persistence toward goal achievement, and utilize academic support services for success.
