The council meeting included reports from various City Council Committees such as the Fire Department, Planning & Zoning, Park & Rec, Street Dept., Landfill, Airport, Wastewater, sales tax, and the City's financial position. The council approved awarding the asphalt bid to Blackstone Construction, LLC. An agreement with Hope Alive Men's Recovery Home was approved. Lee Brannon was appointed to the Airport Commission.

Bridge St. The council approved minutes from the October 19, 2020 meeting, received committee reports, and took action on several items including catastrophic leave requests, a resolution condemning the property at 211 S. Bridge St., and advertising for bids on a new street department truck. They also approved the sale of city property and the purchase of a change drawer for the city clerk's office.
