The meeting included reports from the Department of Agriculture regarding Fee Collection Services, Financials, and First Purchaser Audits. The board reviewed Midwest Dairy's Qualified Program report for 2024-2025 and discussed the FY 2025-2026 budget, administrative policy, and funding requests, including production and income projections. Contracts with the Nebraska Department of Agriculture for fee collection and audit services, as well as an agreement with Midwest Dairy Association for administrative and program services, were approved. The board also approved the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 audit proposal and the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget.
