This Master Plan Update provides Bishop International Airport Authority (BIAA) with a strategy to develop the Airport, aiming to maximize operational efficiency, business effectiveness, and property availability for aeronautical and non-aeronautical development through efficient planning. Key areas addressed include an inventory of existing conditions, aviation demand forecasts, facility requirements, identification and evaluation of alternatives, environmental overview, and an implementation plan with a financing program. The plan outlines a roadmap for strategically positioning the Airport for its future growth over a 20-year horizon.

The board meeting agenda included several key items: the acceptance of an independent auditor's report, and the review and filing of financial statements and pending bills. Additionally, the agenda covered the approval of environmental engineering work orders, the acceptance of an airport PFAS investigation grant, and authorization for terminal chiller repairs.
