The public hearing was conducted to review existing district boundaries and state redistricting criteria. A district scenario modeler demonstration was presented, and public input and proposals regarding supervisory districts were received. The meeting objectives included reviewing redistricting criteria, baseline population statistics for Plumas County, introducing the district scenario modeler, and receiving public comment.

This document is an update to the Plumas County Public Health Agency's strategic plan, serving as a roadmap for 2022-2027. It aims to achieve a collective vision of making Plumas County home to the healthiest and happiest people, fostering strong social connections and community collaboration. The plan focuses on updating operational objectives and strategies within three enduring strategic priority areas: Organizational Excellence, Improving Quality of Life, and Collaborating to Promote Community Health and Wellbeing. It incorporates lessons learned from recent events such as the pandemic and wildfires, and anticipates changes in healthcare funding and organization.
