The council also considered approving participation in a regional public transit consortium and discussed amendments to zoning for district density allowance and parking lot landscape standards.

The meeting included a presentation from the Rotary Club, during which a check was presented for the Fort Griswald Playscape project, followed by a resolution acknowledging the Rotary's contributions to the community. Public comments addressed the consideration of amendments to the zoning ordinance, the DS plan development agreement, and the seasonal street closures.
