The Council held a special meeting to discuss several key items. A resolution approving a fire alarm system at the Dery Mansion was taken from the table and subsequently approved. The council also addressed engineering bills for payment and change orders for approval, including items related to the WWTP Influent Pump, WWTP Roof Replacement, and WWTP Trickling Filter Replacement.

The council meeting included discussions on rezoning concerns, a proposed agreement with Valley Wide Homes for the Pearl Street Subdivision, and financial matters such as the Treasurer's Report and bills to be paid.
