The municipal budget includes general appropriations within and excluded from CAPS, along with a reserve for uncollected taxes. The budget also covers appropriations for general government functions, land use administration, insurance, public safety, public works, health and human services, park and recreation, uniform construction code, utility expenses, and other operating functions.

The meeting included discussions and resolutions for several dockets. Applications for Lafayette Avenue, Wayne Avenue, Florence Place, and Palisade Avenue were reviewed, with some deemed incomplete or requiring re-noticing due to late submissions of revised plans.
