Additionally, a separate vote was held to approve a grant application for pedestrian improvements on Atkins Avenue.

The committee held a community meeting regarding the West Lake Redevelopment project. An overview of the project was provided, followed by a review of a proposed payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) agreement, which was identified as necessary for the project's financial feasibility. This Amended Redevelopment Plan provides a framework for the redevelopment and revitalization of the Ocean Grove North End, aiming to transform the former North End Hotel site into a new mixed-use community. The plan focuses on improving aesthetics, fostering tourism, ensuring compatibility with the historic character of Ocean Grove, enhancing public access to Wesley Lake and the oceanfront, rehabilitating the boardwalk, replacing the lakefront retaining wall, and providing public amenities. It envisions a year-round destination featuring a hotel, multifamily, single-family, and commercial uses, reclaiming the site as a key anchor for Ocean Grove's oceanfront and providing new opportunities for employment and housing.

Other key actions included reassigning police detectives, appointing seasonal recreation staff, approving a shared service agreement for gunfire detection technology, authorizing a township-wide garage sale, awarding contracts for playground equipment and resurfacing, and settling unpaid taxes for a bankruptcy property. Personnel actions such as hiring a Special Law Enforcement Officer, reclassifying a bookkeeper, and appointing a seasonal marina attendant were also approved.
