The meeting focused on defining the values and talents of the community, as well as drafting mission statements. Values included aspects like education, tradition, emotional safety, high expectations, respect, discipline, and preparing students for college, career, or military paths. Talents identified within the community encompassed communication, inclusiveness, organizational skills, commitment, leadership, caring faculty and staff, academics, community support, and a willingness to learn and work hard. The meeting also involved creating first and second drafts of mission statements by different tables, aiming to define the school's purpose in providing quality education, empowering students, and fostering community partnerships.

The Eden CISD Board of Trustees held a regular meeting. The board discussed and took action on several items, including the consent agenda, worker's compensation insurance, and the 2025-2026 salary schedules.
