The meeting included the presentation and acceptance of the Secretary's annual report, the engineering consultant firm's report, and the aquatic consultant's report. Additionally, the landowners held an election for a Supervisor position, resulting in the re-election of the incumbent for a new three-year term.

The Board of Supervisors meeting included the approval of various financial vouchers and payment obligations. The Board reviewed and approved five utility construction permit applications contingent upon receipt of acceptable plans and final approval from the Superintendent and District engineers. Additionally, the Board authorized the declaration of six vehicle tires as surplus equipment to facilitate the purchase of new replacements. The Board also reviewed and approved a new legal services contract with updated hourly rates and a monthly retainer fee. The meeting concluded with an update on ongoing district work.

They considered and approved twenty utility construction permit applications, contingent upon the receipt of acceptable plans and final approval by the Superintendent and engineering representatives. Additionally, the Board reviewed bids for the mowing contract and ultimately awarded the contract to The Canady Company based on past performance and mobilization capabilities. The Superintendent also provided updates regarding ongoing work within the District.
