Additionally, the board addressed a piece of correspondence under new business and discussed concerns regarding the distribution of meeting packets.

The meeting agenda includes a Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) workshop, general planning discussions, and updates regarding open space, the Portland Reservoir RIM Trail, the Meshomasic Forest landscape, watershed protection, and natural and cultural resources.
