The 'Digital Seeds' project, an initiative by Penn GSE in Nicaragua, aims to critically integrate technology into rural education, moving beyond simple hardware provision. The plan focuses on developing innovative educational models through participatory action research, community involvement, and alignment with the Ministry of Education's curriculum. It prioritizes the professionalization of teaching and rigorous evaluation of student and teacher learning, including critical thinking and collaborative skills. The ultimate vision is to build in-country capacity and strategic partnerships to scale the project, transforming it from a pilot into a widely adopted model across rural schools in Nicaragua to enhance educational engagement and excitement.

Project Hope is dedicated to assisting individuals who have been wrongfully incarcerated. Its core mission is to facilitate their release and support their successful re-entry into society. Key focus areas include connecting pro bono attorneys with wrongful conviction claimants, providing a comprehensive 16-week re-entry preparation program covering job searching and financial literacy, and offering material support such as funds, transportation, and essential equipment. The initiative aims to reduce recidivism and cultivate a community committed to justice for exonerees.
