The FY 2026 Performance Plan for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) focuses on ensuring justice and improving public health and safety through quality death investigations and forensic services. Key objectives include providing efficient forensic services, maintaining a quality management system, serving as a public health surveillance organization, and providing expertise in fatality management. The plan outlines administrative structures for death investigation, forensic toxicology, agency management, and fatality review, with specific measures to assess performance in these areas.

The Fiscal Year 2026 Performance Plan for the D.C. Office of Risk Management focuses on reducing the probability, occurrence, and cost of risk to the District of Columbia government. Key objectives include identifying, measuring, analyzing, and mitigating the District government's exposure to risk and liability; administering the Public Sector Workers' Compensation Program; investigating claims against the District government; collecting monies owed to the District; and ensuring efficient, transparent, and responsive government operations.

The Fiscal Year 2026 Performance Plan for the Office of the City Administrator (OCA) outlines the mission to facilitate the effective implementation of the Mayor's policies through leadership, support, and oversight of District Government agencies. Key objectives include enhancing government effectiveness via cross-agency initiatives, promoting innovation and continuous improvement using data-driven approaches, and ensuring efficient, transparent, and responsive governance. The plan details administrative structures such as the Budget Office, the Office of Performance Management, and the Office of Racial Equity, along with their respective activities and performance measures aimed at achieving strategic priorities.
