The 2023-2027 Strategic Plan for Itawamba Community College focuses on three key initiatives: enhancing the college climate, providing community impact, and delivering quality instruction. The plan aims to improve technology infrastructure, facilities, and recruitment/retention efforts to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Community engagement will be strengthened through partnerships and volunteer opportunities. Academically, the plan emphasizes innovative, industry-driven instruction, student support services, and the promotion of best practices to improve student success and reduce achievement gaps. The overall goal is to maintain Itawamba Community College's position as a premier institution.
