The Board conducted several architecture and site reviews for residential properties, including approvals for a new single-family home at Lot 629, a new single-family home at Lot 523-R, and a new detached accessory dwelling unit at Lot 17. A final architecture review for a single-family home at Lot 533 was continued pending the resolution of identified issues, and specific approval was granted for a general easement encroachment at Lot 154. Additionally, the Board held work sessions regarding CDC amendments for wildfire resilience and a density transfer and rezone request. Finally, the Board provided a recommendation to the Town Council regarding amendments to lighting regulations.

The Town Council conducted a regular meeting where they addressed several legislative and administrative items. Key actions included the adoption of ordinances repealing COVID-19 regulations and prohibiting graywater use, the approval of a license agreement for lift ticket kiosks, and the authorization to purchase land from Alexander Ranch LLLP, including a restrictive covenant. The Council also adopted the Mountain Village Community Resilience Plan, ratified an engagement agreement for an internal investigation, and appointed a new member to fill a vacancy on the Town Council. Additionally, the Council discussed potential amendments for the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code and held an executive session for negotiations and legal advice.

The agenda for the Board of Appeals Annual Meeting includes the call to order, election of the Chair and Vice-Chair, and a section for other business, questions, comments, and/or concerns. Additionally, the agenda proposes the approval of the next Annual Board of Appeals meeting date, scheduled for Monday, February 15th, 2027.

Subsequent agenda items included informational updates, consideration of preliminary financials as of December 30, 2026, legislative actions involving repealing COVID-19 ordinances and a new ordinance prohibiting graywater use, consideration of a Conditional Use Permit for a Padel Court, and a First Reading on Community Development Code changes for lighting regulations. Further business involved Housing Authority guidelines, resolutions authorizing land purchase from Alexander Ranch LLLP and the adoption of the Community Resilience Plan. The session concluded with an investigation update regarding an agreement with Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell, LLP, appointment to fill a Town Council vacancy, and updates from various Boards and Commissions, followed by a Legal Executive Session concerning wastewater treatment negotiations and land use procedures for the Ilium Housing Parcel.

The joint meeting focused primarily on community support during the TSG labor dispute.
