This document presents the Crane 2031 Master Plan, a comprehensive proposal to revitalize the economic base and enhance the quality of life in Crane, Missouri. The plan focuses on three core projects: Downtown Revitalization, Parks and Recreation enhancements, and the establishment of a Crane Community Supported Agriculture (CCSA) program. It also incorporates strategies for promoting active living, education and training, and Tri-City regional development. The overarching goal is to transform Crane into a sustainable, independent, and thriving community by leveraging its rich heritage, resources, and community engagement to achieve physical and economic vitality.
