The agenda for the Sebring Airport Authority Board Meeting included several key items. The resolution approves Budget Amendment S25-06 for the 2024-2025 budget. The amendment includes increases to the FBO Avgas Fuel Sales revenue account due to being understated in the original budget. Additionally, there are increases to several cost center expense accounts, including Office Supplies, Professional Services, Rental & Leases, Hangar Repairs & Maintenance, Seminars, Conv, Training, and Software and Real Ted Agreements, also due to the original budget being understated.

The agenda includes opening items such as roll call and announcements, followed by a consent agenda to approve the August 2025 minutes and invoices. Action items include approving and ratifying the execution and delivery of the FAA Airport Improvement Program Grant for the South Partial Parallel Taxiway Delta, approving and ratifying the execution and delivery of the FDOT amendment for the same project, recommending the award and contract for ITB #25-06 to E.O. Koch Construction Co., and approving the Avcon, Inc. contract for construction administration. Additional action items cover the CliftonLarsonAllen LLP statement of work for examination and audit services, and resolutions approving budget amendments and the 2025-2026 budget.
