BoardMorristown Regional Planning Commission Meeting Minutes
The commission held public hearings regarding plans of services for two annexations at 863 Central Church Road and the intersection of Greenbriar Road and W. Andrew Johnson Highway. New business included the approval of a preliminary plat for the relocation and improvement of S. Bellwood Road and a final plat request for the Merchants Crossing development. A rezoning request for 350 Howell Road (Morristown Meadows) was considered but resulted in a split vote with no recommendation. Additionally, the commission approved a final plat request for a nine-lot subdivision on Reese Street and passed a text amendment concerning the installation of decorative street lights in new subdivisions.
