The annual meeting covered several key administrative and operational items. The proceedings included the nomination and election of a meeting chairman and secretary, as well as the election of board supervisors for sub-districts 2 and 4. The executive director presented a detailed annual report highlighting the district's activities during the previous year, including water supply management, canal rehabilitation programs, aquatic vegetation treatment, routine maintenance, and infrastructure improvements. The report also discussed the adoption of the fiscal year budget, permit application processing, and compliance efforts. Finally, the financial status of the district was reviewed, with officials noting the organization remains in a sound financial position.
