The 2024-2027 Strategic Plan for DWC outlines goals and objectives across five key areas: Academic Affairs, Admissions and Vocations, Formation and Student Life, Operations, and External Affairs. Academic Affairs focuses on improving student achievement in Communication Effectiveness and Social & Global Responsibility through data-driven curricular improvements and new courses. Admissions and Vocations aims to increase enrollment to 125 students, including SVD and SSpS candidates, through various recruitment and collaboration strategies. Formation and Student Life seeks to enhance the formation program for religious men and women, improve spiritual formation, and articulate the core principles of missionary discipleship. Operations focuses on improving facilities, developing an employee transition plan, optimizing contracted services, and reducing the college's environmental impact. External Affairs aims to cultivate new and existing relationships to support missionary service, increase benefactors, and maintain donor retention. The plan includes specific action steps, responsible parties, target completion dates, and budget allocations for each objective.
