The Board designated official depositories for village funds and an official newspaper for public notices. Additionally, the Board established schedules for future regular meetings, authorized participation in the NYCLASS investment program, and formally adopted updated policies regarding purchasing, credit card usage, and travel expenses. Appointments to boards including Zoning, Planning, Human Relations, Parks and Recreation, Traffic Safety, Personal Wireless Service, Community Development, and Fire Commissioners were finalized.
