The Board of Trustees held a special meeting where they scheduled a session to open bids for the DPW garage. An executive session was conducted for discussion. Board members discussed inquiries regarding the development of a code for zone 1 septic inspections for the Keuka Lake Watershed, signage regulations, and code enforcement procedures.

The board discussed a special use permit application for a healing energy business to be located in a garage. The board decided to move the application forward to a scheduled public hearing.

The board discussed a bake stand inquiry which was subsequently voided by the owners. The primary business item involved the review of an Area Variance Application for a porch setback, during which the board examined design details, property maps, and setback requirements. The board determined a need for clarification from the Code Officer and subsequently moved to schedule a public hearing for the application.

The Planning Board conducted a concept review for a seasonal baked good stand application. Following a review of the applicable home occupation code, the Board moved to transfer the application to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

The board discussed a use variance application regarding the sale of beer and wine at a service station, reviewing resident concerns related to parking, noise, and neighborhood impact, ultimately voting to deny the application and refer it to the Planning Board. Additionally, the board considered a use variance application for a baked goods cart on a residential lawn and voted to move the application to a public hearing.
