The Slate Road bridge will be closed for good, and concrete barriers need to be put up on both sides. The heater is at Heritage Furnace for installation.

The Madison Township Board of Supervisors meeting included awarding a bid for a tractor & mower to Bradco Supply Co. The Planning Commission's approval was discussed, leading to a motion to approve a subdivision with right-of-way. A new tractor & mower purchase from Bradco was approved. A resolution for Solid Waste Management was added to the book and put into effect, with one member not in favor. The discussion regarding the bridge on Slate Rd. was tabled until the September meeting.

There was also a mention of a leak in the roof of the Community Center that needs to be fixed.
