Comments were received from Dianne Post, AriSEIA and Sierra Club jointly, Arizona Public Service Company (APS), Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) and UNS Electric, Inc. (UNS) jointly, and Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP). The Legal Division's analysis and recommendation in Exhibit A were adopted by the Commission, and the Legal Division was directed to open a new rulemaking docket for the Line Siting Rules to complete the amendment process.
