Business included the approval of a proposal for security panic alarm and public address systems for the judicial building and courthouse, totaling $41,227.31 from the county project fund. Finally, the Commission approved, on its second reading, a new policy setting standard county office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, effective April 1, 2026. A motion was made to donate $1,000 from project money towards the Russell County Firefighters Ball Project.
